NASHVILLE – Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have arrested and charged a Macon County man accused of banishment on law coercion officers responding to a domestic occurrence in Red Boiling Springs on Wednesday evening.
TBI Agents began questioning the occurrence that occurred at a home in the 100 retard of Elzie Williams Road. During the march of the investigation, Agents grown information that, during an evidence between Jack David Hutchinson (DOB 10-13-54) and his daughter-in-law, Hutchinson brandished a handgun, punched the lady in the chest, and fired the gun into the floor. A Macon County sheriff’s emissary and a Tennessee Highway Patrol guard responded to the scene. Upon their arrival, Hutchinson emerged from a strew on the skill and fired at slightest twice at them. The emissary returned a singular shot, which did not strike Hutchinson. Minutes later, the law coercion officers were means to overpower Hutchinson with a jolt gun and subsequently brought him into custody.
Overnight, Agents arrested Hutchinson and charged him with two depends of Criminal Attempt to Commit First Degree Murder and one count of Aggravated Domestic Assault. Authorities subsequently booked him into the Macon County Jail, where – at the time of this recover – he was being held on $450,000 bond.
