Tennessee Man Assaults Daughter-In-Law, Opens Fire on Responding Officers: Police

NASHVILLE – Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have arrested and charged a Macon County man accused of banishment on law coercion officers responding to a domestic occurrence in Red Boiling Springs on Wednesday evening.

TBI Agents began questioning the occurrence that occurred at a home in the 100 retard of Elzie Williams Road. During the march of the investigation, Agents grown information that, during an evidence between Jack David Hutchinson (DOB 10-13-54) and his daughter-in-law, Hutchinson brandished a handgun, punched the lady in the chest, and fired the gun into the floor. A Macon County sheriff’s emissary and a Tennessee Highway Patrol guard responded to the scene. Upon their arrival, Hutchinson emerged from a strew on the skill and fired at slightest twice at them.
