Tennessee Man Arrested For Voter Fraud In 2016 Election

JACKSON, Tenn. – An review by Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has resulted in the detain of Rupert Rogers on voter rascal charges in tie with the Nov 2016 election.

At the ask of then 25th District Attorney General Michael Dunavant, TBI Agents began an review into the Nov 8, 2016 voting activities of 54 year-old Rupert Rogers of Ripley, TN.


On Oct 3rd, Rogers was arrested on voter rascal charges stemming from this incident. He is charged with crude registration or voting and fake entries on voter documents. Rogers was booked into Lauderdale County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
