FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA — Homicide detectives were means to endorse the temperament of the physique found in Woodlawn Park Friday as blank 16-year-old Jholie Moussa, during an autopsy at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. She was last seen in the 4200 retard of Sonia Court on Friday, Jan 12, around 4:30 p.m. Moussa left home after exchanging puzzling content messages with someone, her twin sister told NBC Washington.
