ALEXANDRIA, Va. – An Alexandria man was condemned currently to 15 years in jail for arson after throwing Molotov cocktails and environment fire to an section building in Alexandria in Jun 2016.
According to justice annals and justification presented at trial, Josepha Kasai, 24, crushed a Molotov cocktail at the pathway of a third building section unit, environment fire to the pathway and trapping 9 people on the third floor. Kasai then went outward and threw another Molotov cocktail at the third building section unit, breaking by the bedroom window. The whole building was evacuated due to the fire. A victim inside the third building section jumped from his patio and Kasai chased the victim with what seemed to be a knife. After Kasai’s arrest, he sensitive law coercion he dictated to kill the victim who jumped from the patio and claimed the victim had formerly stolen his iPhone.
Kasai was found guilty by U.S. District Judge Anthony J. Trenga after a dais hearing on Oct. 25, 2017.
