CALIFORNIA — The Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Bureau Homicide detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s) obliged for the deadly sharpened of a 19-year-old man.
On Friday Nov 24, 2017, at 6:00 p.m., Los Angeles Fire Department Paramedics told the Los Angeles Police Department that they were on stage at the 11700 retard of Bromont Avenue in the City of Pacoima of a “Man Down” radio call.
Paramedics suggested that the victim sustained mixed gunshot wounds and requested police response.
LAPD Foothill Area officers responded to the stage and met with paramedics, who suggested that the victim had died from his injuries.
Los Angeles Police Department Valley Bureau Homicide Detectives were told and responded to the scene.
Homicide Detectives review revealed, on Friday Nov 24, 2017, at about 5:45 p.m., the victim was walking along the 11700 retard of Bromont Avenue when he was shot several times by a flitting vehicle. Victim collapsed at stage and died.
The victim has been identified as 19-year-old David Ibarra a proprietor of the City of Pacoima.
