Donald Trump Denies Calling to Arm Teachers in Bizarre, Contradictory Twitter Screed

President Donald Trump lashed out at media coverage of his offer to arm some teachers by denying that he ever done it.

“I never pronounced ‘give teachers guns’ like was settled on Fake News CNN and NBC,” the boss wrote on Twitter.

However, Trump then seemed to undercut his own indicate by observant that some teachers should actually be armed.


“What we pronounced was to demeanour at the probability of giving secluded guns to gun skilful teachers with military or special training knowledge – only the best,” Trump wrote. “20% of teachers, a lot, would now be means to immediately fire back if a monster sicko came to a school with bad intentions.”

The boss also pronounced that armed teachers would “serve as a halt to the cowards that do this” — and he pronounced that defending teachers would be a much cheaper option than profitable for armed guards.

“Far some-more resources at much reduction cost than guards,” he said. “A ‘gun free’ school is a magnet for bad people. ATTACKS WOULD END!”

Trump pitched his devise to arm teachers during a “listening session” with students on Wednesday, and such plans have been frequently pitched by the National Rifle Association as a intensity solution to school shootings.
