Following Sunday night’s Golden Globe Awards, Ivanka Trump perceived a barrage of negative backlash across the country after weighing in on Oprah Winfrey’s overwhelming debate while accepting the esteemed Cecil B. DeMille award. Winfrey made a rallying cry to end passionate discrimination, harassment and abuse against women, and referred to the past year’s #MeToo movement, which encourages and supports victims to bravely pronounce out against their passionate perpetrators, regardless of how distant back the incident(s) occurred. Winfrey also brought courtesy to an offspring of the #MeToo campaign called #TimesUp. This newer campaign sends out a clever summary to passionate predators letting them know their time of “getting divided with it” is up.
Given Ivanka’s father Donald Trump has proudly and publically bragged about sexually assaulting women, and that nineteen women have publicly come forward accusing him of such, it seems beyond hypocritical for Ivanka to chatter a summary in support of #TimesUp. That is, unless she’s agrees that “times up” for her father as well. Here is Ivanka’s chatter from Monday:
Just saw @Oprah’s lenient moving debate at last night’s #GoldenGlobes. Let’s all come together, women men, contend #TIMESUP! #United https://t.co/vpxUBJnCl71

For reference, here is Oprah Winfrey’s Golden Globes acceptance speech. She perceived acclaim after acclaim for her difference during the speech and accolades for days after via social and mainstream media.

Actress, feminist and activist Alyssa Milano responded to Ivanka’s chatter with a snarky request that the heiress of the Trump billion-dollar empire make a inexhaustible concession to support Donald Trump’s passionate assault accusers, as they are partial of the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements. Below is Alyssa Milano’s tweet:
Great! You can make a lofty concession to the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund that is accessible to support your father’s accusers.https://t.co/A8HCVa715v

Ivanka has gotten herself in quite a ‘catch 22’ pickle. If she gives a concession to #TimesUp, she will bring more courtesy to her father’s assaults as good as her own double standards. If she ignores Milano’s challenge to present to the cause, she flattering much admits she’s not in full support of #TimesUp. I feel so bad for her. What’s a pro-sexual predator, women’s rights-poser and complicit gal to do?
It should be noted, Alyssa Milano, along with #MeToo creator Tarana Burke, gave the campaign an enormous boost when this summary was tweeted out in October of 2017.
If you’ve been sexually tormented or assaulted write ‘me too’ as a respond to this tweet. pic.twitter.com/k2oeCiUf9n

This ongoing impetus for victim justice has changed the march of women in America and around the world. Cheers to all who have come brazen in the past, who are speaking out now and who will direct justice in the future—and cheers to the women and men who support them.
