AGUADILLA, Puerto Rico –U.S. Border Patrol, Coast Guard (USCG) and the Puerto Rico Police Department apprehended 39 undocumented aliens from the Dominican Republic during two apart incidents between the New Year jubilee by the island’s west coast.
