2 Injured In Shooting at New York Shopping Mall

MIDDLETOWN, NEW YORK — The Galleria at Crystal Run mall was being evacuated Sunday due to a shooting. The stage is at 1 Galleria Drive.

According to witnesses, a sharpened occurred at the American Eagle store—there was a vast police response. Several agencies, including the New York State Police were on scene.


Initial reports prove two victims—police trust the occurrence was an random liberate of a weapon.

The Woodbury police after released the following statement: “At this time, what we are conference was that the sharpened was an random liberate from a firearm. A turn hit the building then ricocheted off of potion injuring people. People have teenager injuries from the potion shards, AND NO FATALITIES HAVE BEEN REPORTED AT THIS TIME. No one can endorse an active shooter entering or exiting the mall. The Galleria has been placed on close down as normal custom and police are still questioning at this time. The Galleria at Crystal Run is a selling core located in the Town of Wallkill, New York. It is the second-largest mall in New York’s Hudson Valley region.
